BLUEBERRY AVOCADO SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Makes One Serving
- 10 oz. cold water
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 Tbs. almond butter
- 1 scoop protein powder (if desired)
- 1 tsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Nectar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Put everything in your blender (VITAMIX is a great mixer), always starting with the liquid first and blend til smooth.
