    These delicious low-fat Parmesan Crisps are perfect little appetizers.  You can also use them as crunchies on your salad or alongside a bowl of creamy soup.  They are easy to make and delish!

    PREPARATION

    • 20 wonton skins, cut in half diagonally
    • 2 teaspoons water
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 teaspoons grated nonfat Parmesan cheese
    • Dash ground red pepper
    • Olive oil cooking spray

    PREPARATION

    1. Arrange the wonton triangles in a single layer on baking sheets lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
    2. Combine water and the next five ingredients; brush evenly onto triangles.
    3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
    4. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
    5. Store in an airtight container.
