Yummy Smoothie Recipes
Eating fruits and veggies sometimes is way better when they are blended together in a smoothie. A lot of people love fresh smoothies, as it can serve as a drink and dessert (or drink and snack) in one. These drinks are a staple among health junkies, because they are filled with fruits and vegetables and are so easy to make. Smoothies have become a regular menu item in fast-food joints, but not all of them are created equal. Some of them contains lots of calories and sugar while being disguised as a healthy option. It’s always best to make your own smoothie, so you can be sure that what you add is healthy. For these recipes, you’re going to need a blender. You can add ice to any of these recipes if you like. If you don’t want to add ice, but still want an ice-cold smoothie, you can cut up the fruit and freeze it beforehand. I always keep a good supply of frozen fruit for my smoothies. If you have a single auger or twin-gear juicer, you can also use the frozen fruit to make delicious fruit desserts. Most of those juicers have a special attachment for making dessert. But be sure to cut the fruit before freezing. Trying to cut it after it’s frozen can lead to injury, as the knife can easily slip when trying to cut frozen fruit.

Also, make sure that you peel the produce (or scoop out its edible flesh if it’s soft) and remove the seeds before you put your fruits and veggies in a blender. Unlike a juicer that separates the pulp and peel from the final product, a blender pretty much mixes everything to make a drink.

So, here are the yummy smoothie recipes you are here for.
