It’s time to announce our Queen for September’s The Pinterest Project linky party. This winner was voted on by you guys from a pool of our most clicked links and each ofthe co-hosts favorites from the month. The lucky winner is going to get not only the title as The TPP Queen, but she also wins ad space on all three of our blogs!
And the winner is….
Autumn from The Busy Bee for her mug cake!!!
I’ve tried this recipe and it’s good…really good. There are quite a few variations all over Pinterest and I’ve made a few of them myself. Some were kind of bland and boring, while others were ridiculously rich and too sweet for me. This mug cake recipe is pretty close to perfection. I love how easy it is to whip up when you have a crazy chocolate craving!
Everyone make sure to hop over to Autumn’s blog, The Busy Bee, and check Autumn out, or you can tweet her here. Make sure you follow myself, Amber, & Sarah while you’re at it too! We tweet throughout the week for TPP & we might just RT you if you link up & follow us too.
As always, a new The Pinterest Project linky party starts on Tuesday.
After some discussion, my co-hosts and I decided that it was time to change our linky’s name (due to another blog having the same name, and various linky parties & groups with similar ideas). So without further ado…
So Autumn, you can be the first queen to grab one of our new TPP Queen buttons!
(By the way, I love that it’s still TPP, even with the name change!)
Come back & link up your Pinterest inspired creations on Tuesday. It’s a lot of fun and I have some fun projects in the works for the weeks to come 🙂
You still have ONE day left to enter my giveaway going on over at My Three Bittles. Enter to win this makeup & large ad space for your blog or shop!
This week my kids got super excited for Halloween. The costume ad came in the mail!
I stole borrowed my daughter’s Rapunzel socks when my toes got cold
I got some reading done on my son’s bottom bunk bed. He was up reading one night & invited me in to sit with him while we read our books together & it just melted my heart. I love that he loves books as much as I do.
I took advantage of our rare sunshine and I touched up a few painting projects.
I don’t know what it is, but there’s something therapeutic to me about spray painting. Like even if I’m in a bad mood I can start a project like this & it always makes me happy. Saturday nights in our house mean sleepovers in brother’s “fort” on the bottom bunk
They are so stinkin’ cute
My little cutie got crafty yesterday!
She decided to give her step stool a makeover.
And finally…look what I got done!
Yes, it’s an empty room, basically. But you should have seen it a few days ago. It used to be full of half unpacked boxes and was basically the catch-all area for the entire family to just dump their junk if they didn’t have a place for it yet. I moved all the extra boxes to the garage, unpacked the rest, compiled a few & organized everything all day Friday & Saturday. It was exhausting but it’s done, and now, drum roll please…
This is my new sewing/crafty room! It’s also going to be my husband’s drawing/office area. We can share I guess. First thing on the to-do list? Buy furniture! I’m going to be hitting up garage sales and thrift stores looking for awesome junk to turn into some really cool pieces of furniture & decor. This is going to be a fun project, and then after it’s done I can sew my little heart out all winter. Hooray!
