1. Banana Frozen Dessert
You will enjoy this dessert because it is one of the simplest of all raw desserts. Even a beginner can make this in minutes. You will need a juicer for this, though.
Slice two bananas and freeze. When frozen, put through the ice cream attachment of your juicer. You will have a delicious banana dessert in seconds. You can make frozen desserts with almost any frozen fruit. You will want to be sure always to keep some frozen fruit in your freezer.
2. Raw Cookies
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1 handful of dates
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
Process the ingredients in a food processor until you get the consistency you like. Then make the mixture into 1/4″ think cookie shapes and place in a dehydrator for 10-12 hours. If you want to snack during the day, these cookies are great to carry around with you.
