You should also have a stocked pantry and medicine cabinet, so if there is an issue, such as you need a detox for gas and bloating, you have what you need without having to go shopping.
    • Take advantage of any free time: Get some exercise in while waiting for your child’s soccer practice, listen to a book on tape while commuting, meditate during a quick break at work, or do a quick facial while waiting for dinner that is cooking in the oven. You may find that you get a lot more done for yourself if you are creative with your time.
    • Learn to say no: Some people fill their schedule with things they do not want to do because they don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings. Only say yes to things that are important to you and prioritize your needs over those of others.

    Schedule time off: If you often work seven days a week, or you are having trouble finding time to spend with your family, you may find that you have to physically schedule this time off. You may even find that your work is more productive when you give yourself a break.
